I missed 3 payments due to a layoff, then quickly paid if off right after. I go to look at my account to buy this cute top and noticed they lowered my limit.
I inquired as to why - the first person said due to missed payments we lowered it. The next email said based on my credit report/score they lowered it. Sooo which one is it? Can't get a straight answer or anyone helpful to figure it out.
So I told them I was going to complain the BBB (which I have) so got an email this morning that based on a decision they made, they closed my account. HAHA jokes on them. I spent a lot of money in that store - just lost yet another customer.
They are going down hill fast and based on all these complaints, they continue to do so. Good riddance.
