I placed an order online. Within minutes, I began getting updates that items were cancelled.

These items were part of the buy one get three promotion, so I essentially bought one and got NOTHING FREE. I immediately called to have the entire order cancelled. Trina stated they had a very short window to cancel orders, but 15min was outside of that window. The Supervisor refused to get on the phone stating she was too busy (for a customer).

Trina didn't know any other supervisors, managers, or corp info to get this resolved.

They refused to cancel the order. BUT THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL WHO DID!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
